2026-27 School Year Calendar
The 2026-27 School Year Calendar has been approved by the Board of Education. The first day of school will be a half day on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. Please see the important dates below and view the full calendar with all half days, school breaks, testing schedules, late start days and holidays.
- Open Houses for all buildings- Monday, August 24, 2026
- Mason Middle School- 4 PM
- Harvey Education Center- 5 PM
- Mason High School- 5 PM
- Alaiedon, North Aurelius and Steele Elementaries- 6 PM
- First Day of School- Wednesday, August 26, 2026 (1/2 day for all students)
- First Late Start Wednesday- Wednesday, September 2, 2026
- No School- Friday, September 4 and Monday, September 7, 2026
- Winter Break- December 21, 2026- January 1, 2027
- Spring Break- March 26, 2027- April 2, 2027
- Last Day of School- June 9, 2027 (1/2 day for all students)
