Still Time to Register for PreK for All
There's still time to register for Mason's PreK for All preschool program this fall! Classes begin September 8, 2026, at the Harvey Education Center.
PreK for All is Michigan's free, high-quality preschool program for four-year-olds. Any child who turns four by December 1, 2026, qualifies for this school year. Through play-based learning, children build early math, literacy and social-emotional skills like sharing, taking turns, and working together to help prepare them for kindergarten.
To enroll, go to InghamPreschool.org and select "Mason Public Schools – Harvey Education Center" when completing the form. Families will be contacted once the form is submitted for placement in a PreK for All program. If you have already enrolled, email Ingham ISD Preschool.
Spaces are still available, but do fill up. Enroll today to give your child a strong start to school. Please contact Patty Neisinger at the Harvey Education Center with questions.
Mason Public Schools (MPS) Board of Education (BOE) has selected Matt Hall to fill the vacant BOE position. Four individuals, including Hall, were interviewed for the position which will serve through the remainder of the current term and through the next regular school election cycle, ending in 2028.
Beginning in the 2026-27 school year, Erica Francis will serve as the assistant principal at Mason Middle School (MMS). A familiar face around the district, she has taught math at MMS for more than 20 years and brings a wealth of experience along with a reputation for building strong, positive relationships with students.
