Summer School Information
Mason High School will be offering summer school this summer through Graduation Alliance. The program will be at no cost to families and be an online format only. Students who need to recover credit or recover a specific graduation requirement are highly encouraged to register using the link below. Students will be assigned an online advisor and an online orientation will go over the format and requirements to earn credit.
MHS Summer School through Graduation Alliance
- Cost: Free
- Class format: Online using school Chromebook or your personal computer.
- Class timeframe: Students will have three weeks for each course assigned. The first course will begin June 20th. All courses must be complete by August 7th.
- Orientation: Live zooms will be held June 15 at noon and June 16 at 6 PM. Zoom link will be sent out by Graduation Alliance ahead of time. A recording will be emailed to students for anyone who missed the live zoom meeting.
- Grades/Credit: Students will not receive letter grades but will earn .5 credit and a CR on a transcript for passing each course.
Please click SUMMER SCHOOL REGISTRATION to register. Once registered, your student's counselor will forward recommended courses to Graduation Alliance. Graduation Alliance staff will contact families for final course enrollment and to have parents sign a parent consent. For any questions, students can contact their counselor before June 20th. After June 20th and for any questions about orientation, Graduation Alliance will be the primary contact.
