Mason Middle School Jitters Day Welcomes Incoming Sixth Graders
Welcome 6th graders! Incoming sixth grade students are invited to Mason Middle School’s Jitters Day on Wednesday, Aug. 19. Jitters Day gives students time to explore the building, find their classrooms and practice opening their lockers before the school year begins.
Students may attend during the time assigned by last name:
- A-H: 9:30-10:30 a.m.
- I-R: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
- S-Z: 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Students can view their schedules in Skyward before arriving or pick up a paper copy at the Welcome Table. Families are welcome to attend with their student. Please enter the building through the Gym Entrance.

Mason Middle School (MMS) Assistant Principal Mary Hilker-Loch has been selected as the new Principal at MMS. She will assume the role at the start of the 2026-27 school year after the retirement of current Principal Ted Berryhill.
