School Meal Funding Extended through October 31
The Mason Board of Education voted to allow the district to pay for breakfast and lunch for all students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 through October 31, 2025, if the State School Aid Fund budget is not approved by that date or is approved without funding to continue to support the Michigan School Meals program.
The Michigan School Meals program provided meals for all students at no cost during the 2024-25 school year.
The district and the Board of Education are continuing to monitor the budget situation and will notify families of any changes regarding school meals based on the final budget.
A reminder to ALL FAMILIES, to please complete the 2025-26 Application for Free and Reduced-Price School Meals.
